NameForge provides free name generators and naming guides for general use. By using the site you accept these terms.

Names are yours; checking is yours too

Generated names carry no license and no attribution requirement — use them for anything. Trademark rights come from use in commerce and registration, not from this page; before trading under any name, run the official trademark and domain checks for your country and class. The guides explain how; they are not legal advice.

No warranty

The generators and guides are provided “as is”: availability of any generated name on any platform is not guaranteed, and coincidence with existing marks is possible — coined names make collisions less likely, never impossible.

Acceptable use

Use the generators freely, including for commercial projects; link freely with attribution. Scraping the word pools or republishing the guides requires written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, use of the site is at your own risk. These terms may change as the service grows; the footer carries the last-update date.

Word pools and content

The word pools, generators and guide text on this site are the site’s own work. Generated output is intentionally unrestricted — a random combination of word fragments is not owned by the tool that rolled the dice. What we ask in return: do not repackage the pools themselves as a competing generator, and do not present the guides as your own.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the site operator’s home jurisdiction. Nothing on this site creates an agency, partnership or advisory relationship; the generators are tools, and the decisions made with their output — names registered, brands launched, pets named — are yours and remain yours.
