Missing a category? A name pattern that should exist? Word pools that feel stale? Those are the reports that shape the next generator — write to hello@nameforge-app.pages.dev or the address on our custom domain once live.
Category requests
The roadmap is driven by request volume: when several readers ask for the same generator — boat names, tavern names, gamertags for a specific game — it moves to the front of the queue. Requests with example names you like are twice as useful, because they seed the word pools.
Corrections
If a guide states something that no longer holds (a platform changed its username rules, a naming practice fell out of favor), send the page and the correction — confirmed fixes ship within days, and the footer date shows the last update.
Everything else
Advertising, partnerships and data licensing also go to the same address, with the topic in the first line. Every message gets a reply, usually within two business days.
What helps most
Concrete beats general in every report: the category page you were on, the batch that felt wrong, the platform whose username rules changed. Screenshots of odd output are welcome too — the word pools are hand-tuned and occasionally a combination slips through that reads wrong in a way no test catches. Those reports get fixed the same week, and the fix makes every future batch better.
A note on response times
Category requests and corrections are read first, every day. During launch weeks replies may slip to a few business days when a new generator ships — the queue never loses messages, and every request that recurs shows up on the site eventually as a new category, a longer word pool or a rewritten guide.
