NameForge disclosures illustration

NameForge is free and funded by clearly bounded sources.

1. Advertising

Contextual ads (for example Google AdSense) may appear on pages; networks choose ads by topic, advertisers cannot influence the generators or guides, and ads never sit inside the generator output.

2. Labeled referrals

Where a task needs a paid service — domain registration, trademark filing — pages may refer you to providers. Referral links are labeled; if you buy, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Referrals never change how a generator works or which names it produces.

What we do not do

No paid placements disguised as recommendations, no selling generated-name lists, no partnerships that touch the word pools. If a referral partner’s product stops being the right answer, the referral goes — commission terms do not outrank usefulness.

Launch-period note

Advertising and referral programs are pending application as of launch; this page updates as the funding mix changes.

Why label everything

Trust compounds or evaporates: a reader who discovers an unlabeled referral once stops trusting every recommendation after it. Labeling is cheap, deception is expensive, and the free generators stay free either way — the label exists so you can weigh the recommendation, not to hide it. Questions about any link on this site go to the contact address and get straight answers.

Reader-first monetization

The long-term funding mix stays the same: ads that never touch the generator output, referrals only where a paid service genuinely helps, and every commercial link labeled in place. If a format ever appears on this site that you cannot tell from a recommendation, that is a bug — report it and it goes.
