NameForge privacy illustration

The generators run entirely in your browser: the names you generate are never sent to any server, stored in any database, or visible to anyone but you. There are no accounts, no forms and no name history — close the tab and the batch is gone.

What we do not collect

No names you generate, no emails, no account data, nothing you type. The word pools are static files served with the site; generation is a random combination computed on your device.

Third-party scripts

Standard anonymous analytics and advertising scripts may load; you can opt out of personalized ads in browser settings or industry tools (DAA WebChoices). Every generator works fully with scripts blocked.

Cookies

The site sets no tracking cookies of its own. Any cookies from advertising networks are governed by those providers and can be blocked without affecting the generators.

Children

The site is general-audience and collects no personal information from anyone — there is no mechanism that could, because nothing is submitted anywhere.

Changes

Policy changes will be described here in plain language before taking effect. Privacy questions go to the contact address and are answered within two business days.

Why browser-only matters

Most name sites log every generation: what you searched, which names you clicked, how long you hesitated. That data is worth money to advertisers and is a privacy leak waiting to happen — a name you were considering for a startup tells a story about your plans. A browser-only generator cannot leak what it never receives, which is why the architecture stays this way even as the site grows.
